OzFish Unlimited (South Australia)

OzFish Unlimited (South Australia) is a community-based fishing conservation charity dedicated to restoring fish habitats and improving the health of waterways across South Australia. We work alongside recreational fishers and their communities to support natives fishes across marine, estuarine and freshwater environments.

Our projects include restoration of shellfish reefs, seagrasses, saltmarsh, riparian vegetation and woody fish structures, as well as citizen science, litter reduction, community education, and stewardship. Through hands-on volunteer events and partnerships, we empower local communities to take an active role in caring for their waterways.

OzFish supports fish habitat projects throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia, and mostly works within the Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary, State Marine Park Network, and National Parks.
